thermal pool lake location nice staff sulphur smell tiny room car park view

I LOVED the thermal and regular pools. The location felt AMAZING being right on the lake. The staff were very nice.

The sulphur smell near the pool was REALLY strong. My room felt tiny, and there was barely any space for my suitcase. I found the car park view disappointing considering the price I paid.

the location near the lake was convenient. i enjoyed the thermal spa access included with my classic double room (it helped with relaxation).

the electric gate was inconvenient. i had to get out of the car each time i entered or exited the hotel (it was a bit bothersome).

Excellent Lakeside Retreat

lakeside location excellent staff clean suite

I found the location perfect. Relaxation by the lake was easy, and the wellness area offered great rest. The hotel is near town. Staff members were fantastic, with Francesca and Geraldo especially notable. Each day, our suite received excellent, timely cleaning. I appreciated this room a lot.

I noticed a faint scent of sulphur occasionally when walking near the thermal pool.
